The purpose of this link page is to provide useful business links associated with Lithuania. There is no commercial purpose or personal financial gain from this link page. Most links include a title, languages used, services, and a brief description of the mission and purpose of the site. Baltic Institute

Lithuanian Development Agency for Small and
Medium Sized Businesses (E, Lt) "The Lithuanian Development
Agency for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEDA) was founded in 1996 as a
non-profit organization seeking to create favourable conditions for development
of small and medium sized business. In July 1997 SMEDA was reorganized into a
public institution. SMEDA is responsible for: analysis of the economic and legal
environment for small and medium business development in Lithuania; updating and
disseminating information on small and medium business development in Lithuania;
accumulating and disseminating information on the possibilities to raise the
finance for small and medium-sized enterprises; promoting cooperation between

administrating the provision of subsidized consultancy and training services to
small and medium-sized enterprises in all counties of Lithuania; participation
in the international programs and projects, through which the technical support
and funds for development of small and medium business are provided."
