Teaching Interests: Human Resource Management courses including Staffing, Training and Development, Employee/Labor Relations, Compensation, and Ethical issues in HR.
Research Interests: Employee selection methods and processes including integrity (honesty) testing, personality measures, and interviewing. Issues of fairness, justice and diversity, including domestic partner benefits in a rapidly changing workplace.
Co-Advisor-BSU Human Resource Association (HRA): This student run organization provides opportunities for human resource management students to meet each other and network with HR professionals in the Treasure Valley.
